Rabbi Chanan Gans is an educator, speaker, musician, and community builder passionate about creating experiences rooted in Torah, creativity, connection, and personal growth. He received semicha from Rav Shalom Eisenberger of Kiryat Sanz while learning at Yeshivas Derech Hamelech under Rav Asher Weiss. Rabbi Gans currently serves as Assistant Director at 4Front in Baltimore, where he leads innovative leadership programs for teens. His diverse background includes serving as Head of School at Torah Day School of Seattle, teaching at Or HaChaim in Toronto, working with NCSY and The Village Shul, owning a successful kosher café, and engaging communities through music, teaching, and soulful communal experiences.

Aharona Gans is an educator, community builder, coach, and creative facilitator passionate about fostering connection, personal growth, and meaningful community experiences. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she studied Non-Profit Management and Entrepreneurial Development and pursued advanced Jewish studies in Israel at Neve Yerushalayim and Shearim. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, hospitality, and social enterprise, Aharona has led innovative community initiatives, owned an award-winning kosher café and catering company, and served in educational leadership roles including Principal at Torah Day School of Seattle. She currently serves as Director of Programs at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore and works as a life, marriage, and business coach integrating practical tools with spiritual wisdom.

Together, Chanan and Aharona Gans have spent years building community through Torah, hospitality, education, music, coaching, and immersive communal experiences. From leading schools and teen leadership initiatives to operating an award-winning kosher café, hosting large Shabbos gatherings, facilitating retreats, coaching individuals and couples, and creating meaningful experiences in nature, their work is rooted in connection, creativity, warmth, and authentic Jewish living.
